How to Open a Sales or Support Ticket

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Visit our Helpdesk:

  2. Click on "Open a New Ticket".

  3. Fill out the following fields:

    • Email Address:
      Enter the email you'd like us to respond to. It does not need to match the one on file with your account.

    • Full Name

    • Phone Number (Optional)

  4. In the Help Topic dropdown, select the option that best matches your request.

    ⚠️ Choosing the wrong help topic (department) may cause delays in processing your ticket.

  5. Enter a Summary of your issue.

  6. Provide a detailed description of your request in the message box.

    📝 The more information you provide, the better we can assist you.

  7. (Optional) Upload any relevant files, such as:

    • PDFs

    • Log files

    • Screenshots or other images
